Plenty of Space for the Whole Family to Reconnect

We built this 2,200-square-foot home to be a place where families can actually spend time together, rather than just a spot to crash for the night. Because it is a unique bermed house built partially underground, it stays naturally comfortable and quiet year-round. There are three large bedrooms and flexible sleeping spots for your whole group to get comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for big meals, though we intentionally left out the dishwasher because we find that some of the best conversations happen while drying dishes together. Between the music room with its upright piano, the theater and game area, and the big upstairs loft for movie nights, there is more than enough space for everyone to relax and have a good time.

With 2,200 square feet spread across two floors, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The house features three bedrooms with a variety of sleeping options, including a king bed, several queens, and travel cribs for the little ones. It is designed so everyone has a comfortable spot to land after a day of adventure.

Trails and Obstacle Courses

The property includes 12 acres of wooded hills and open fields, home to our custom BigFoot and LittleFoot obstacle courses. You can start a game of volleyball or disc golf, or simply head out on the walking trails to find the deer and turkeys that frequently wander through the woods.

The Loft Game Room

Movie Nights and Tournaments

If the weather does not cooperate, the upper-level theater and game room has you covered. We have foosball, side-by-side basketball, electronic darts, and even an upright piano. It is a great spot to settle in with a board game or a good book from our collection.
