Why families love staying with us

Stayed here this past couple of days for a girls weekend away. Upon arrival we met our hosts and you could tell they really enjoy hosting people here! There were just 5 of us staying so there was ample room for all of us. The sitting area was so cozy and good for catching up and some great conversation. The dining table was perfect for games. They have a nice collection of games to enjoy, as well as a movie collection that I think anyone can find something they'd like to watch. Outdoor activities for young and old, including a marked trail where I've heard that you might spot Bigfoot himself! While I did not encounter much in the way of animals, 2 of my friends saw deer and various small animals. The the wooded areas are beautiful with yellow and orange leaves right now. It's a hospitable gathering location for friends and family. I'm already thinking of planning a trip with some family! ETA: We woke up to a beautiful first snowfall ❄️ Adding pics.

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Haven! The place is peaceful and cozy, and amazingly well equipped for kids! We were two families with a combined 6 kids, ages 2-8, and we felt very much at home here. The play/game room was great, as well as the movie space upstairs. Lots of toys and games for kids of all ages! All the activities outside kept us busy for many hours, and we didn't even explore everything. The owners were very nice and had helpful recommendations and ideas. The house was cozy, with most necessities provided, and lots of thoughtful details and instructions. We felt very welcome and relaxed during our entire stay. Thank you!

wonderful stay! kitchen had all basic necessities to cook, bathrooms stocked with all toiletries. close to grocery and downtown area. huge yard for the kids to play, hiking paths, obstacle courses for the kids, volley and so much space for games and activites for everyone! Just like the photos. The game room was my family's favorite. We would recommend and come back again. The home was very well thought out and very kid friendly and prepped for family gatherings to make memories. The owners are very easy to communicate with and are wonderful people. Grateful for them sharing their home with our family. Can't wait to go back!

Wow, what can I say about Hidden Haven....First, it was a wonderful drive getting here. Second, the home and the property were beautiful. Large outside space, green grass, wonderful, colorful flowers. SPACE..over 12+ acres of outside... games, obstacle courses, trails, kid's stuff, all provided by the owners. An abundance of seating areas such as hammocks, patio furniture, swings, etc. AAA-MAZE-ING! Everything inside of the house that you can imagine needing, they have. The owners are friendly and thoughtful and just great people. Our group had fun, laughed, played games, and had the chance to de-stress, rest, and relax. I highly recommend it. The Missouri State Formula SAE team stayed here for our 2024 and 2025 trips to competition. We cannot express how much we enjoyed this stay, it was perfect for the 8 guys who came on the trip, and we had a blast every night we were able to relax at the house. The owners were great and super helpful for anything we needed. We will definitely be staying here next year!

Steve and Selena went above and beyond to make certain that our stay at Hidden Haven was enjoyable. The home is spacious and was able to accommodate our large family. We appreciated the attention to detail that made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. We had meals around the large dining table, played many board/card games, and shared much needed fun and laughter with our family. We also enjoyed the game room with basketball, darts and foosball. The outdoor area and activities were mostly admired because of the weather. Some of us did manage to get in a short hike on the trails with a short break in the rain. Thank you for helping to make our family memories all the more special with your hospitality!

This place was amazing. Let's start with the host/owners who live upstairs. They were so kind and helpful and kept in constant contact to make sure we were comfortable. The home itself was wonderful and had plenty of space for all of us. They had lots of things around the home, ex. welcome sign, snacks, guest book, rock painting. etc. that made it feel extra homey. It was close enough to Walmart and other food places that it did not feel too far out but you also felt the ambiance of being in nature. I would recommend this home to anyone looking in the area! We enjoyed our stay at Hidden Haven Adrian! Our hosts were so kind and gracious, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The piano in the music/game room was an added bonus that was exactly what we needed for this visit. Sitting around the campfire at night and lounging in the hammocks during the day made our brief visit a restful and relaxing retreat. Love staying here. I live local, but my grandparents have stayed here multiple times and have had such and amazing time. I love that they leave s'mores, deer food, paint for rocks and snacks. Such amazing people and an amazing property. The trail is so much fun. Love staying up late in the movie and game rooms with friends and family

We had a wonderful time at the Hidden Haven in Adrian. It felt like a home away from home. Our host thought about even the small details. The warm notes as we entered the living room, the sayings in various frames in the wall, and the cup of corn for the deer added to the amazing experience. We felt safe and happy! Truly an A+++ place deserving of 5 stars. Loved it.

Your home was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our time with friends! Our kids had an absolute blast with the obstacle course and game room with their friends. The fire pit was a perfect place to grill some meat over an open fire and relax after an eventful day. The owners were extremely warm and kind and have built a wonderful and adventurous location for any family looking to get something extra out of the normal stay.

My family loved it here!! We had fun and we will definitely try to come back!! The host are very polite and helpful!! Wish we had more time to add to the painted rocks but maybe next time!! Can't wait for the kids to use the obstacle course next time!!
